Terms

  • I draw from your references and description; tell me everything that matters.
  • Work starts once the payment (or the deposit) is received.
  • Turnaround times are estimates, not deadlines — ask for Express if you have a date.
  • Revisions are made at the sketch stage. Big changes after the colours may cost extra.
  • I keep the copyright and may post the artwork, unless you chose a private commission.
  • Personal use is included. Commercial use needs the commercial licence option.

Refunds in short

  • Before I accept your request: cancel anytime, nothing is charged.
  • After payment, before the sketch: full refund minus payment fees.
  • After the sketch is approved: the deposit isn't refundable (the work is done).
  • If I can't finish your commission, you're refunded in full.

How long does it take?

Usually 1 to 3 weeks depending on the size and the queue. You get updates on VGen at every step.

Post it, print it for yourself, use it as a profile picture or banner. Please credit @sayaneoff.

Merch, book covers, streams with monetization… ask me first: commercial licences are quoted separately.

How do I pay?

Everything is handled by VGen: secure payment, upfront or in two steps depending on the offer.

How many revisions?

Two rounds of small changes at the sketch stage are included. Big changes after the colours may cost extra.

Can I use it for my stream or VTuber model?

Personal streams are fine. For monetized use, pick the commercial licence on VGen.

Do you accept traditional commissions?

Yes for headshots and half bodies — the original is scanned and the physical piece can be shipped for an extra fee.
